Yes! Family Tides is located in Crystal Beach, a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. ➤ Can the pool be heated? Absolutely. Pool heating is available for $50/day (3-day minimum). Please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival so the pool has time to warm up. ➤ Is this home good for remote workers? Yes! We provide high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace off the kitchen, ideal for video calls or work sessions. The wifi also extends outside—so you can even work poolside! ➤ Do you allow pets? We love pets! Well-behaved dogs up to 50 lbs are welcome with a $150 pet fee.

Parking only allowed in the driveway with a limit of 5 Vehicles. Any short-term rental group, regardless of number, which is comprised of underage (under 25 years old) occupants, must have a parent/legal guardian (not chaperone) staying with the underage occupants during the entire rental stay period. Violations of this rule shall result in an Eviction Notice and an $150 fine. If the underage occupants are not evicted by the Owner or Rental Management Company, then an $150/day fine will be levied for each additional day the occupants stay at the house after the day the Eviction Notice was issued by the Association. No trailers allowed to be stored in the driveway per HOA rules.
